The hospitality and healthcare solutions center around a core venue management application suite known as Venue360. Premise operators are empowered via technologies specifically tailored for their needs, complementing many of their backend ERPs. Serial Multivision’s Venue360 is developed with extensive inputs from ground-level operation staff, making it not only real and practical, but also allows users to directly tailor and improve their service offerings ahead of their competitors.
Serial Multivision’s Venue360 is a leading-edge solution based on a modular approach that can be customised to the different needs of the customers. This includes Intelligent Room Infotainment Solution , Digital Media Content Management , Patient Management, Feedback Management etc. As part of its Venue Management Suite, this holistic approach allows organisations to engage customers more effectively and also automatically parses customer and employee feedbacks to measure productivity and effectiveness. Operators are alerted at early stages of any shortcomings on the ground, allowing immediate remedies and actions to be put in place and to escalate any matters should it be necessary. This enhanced Incident Tracking and reporting system allows health-related incidents to be reported on a common platform and streamlines hospital operations so that staff are better equipped to handle critical issues.
Another key solution is Serial Multivision’s flagship electronic Meal Ordering System (eMOS). Developed for food service management in the healthcare industry, eMos seamlessly combines hospital and kitchen operations with inputs from the nutrition and dietetics offices, providing a digital knowledge base. Users can easily access information via a mobile menu and get immediate updates on topics such as clinical nutritional care and food allergies. eMOS has a customised HL7 interface with real-time information to support patients’ nutritional care and meal delivery. Serial Multivision has also extended the software for use by third party healthcare caterers such as SFS (Singapore Food Services) to consolidate and manage orders from a hospital site to the caterers’ remote kitchen seamlessly.

Serial Multivision ended Year 2019 with new milestones in Healthcare Technology for :
- Patient Care service, being awarded by The National Center for Infectious Diseases where each hospital bed is now equipped with a fixed medical tablet where the doctors can view and update patient information on the go. Patients can communicate their requests directly to the respective service team, thereby reducing the load of the front line nursing staff.
- Digital Signage and Wayfinder solution across Tan Tock Seng Hospital, The National Centre for Infectious Diseases, Center of Health Innovation in a seamless manner via a multi-institutional system, giving the company a competitive edge in further expansion to other institutions such as National Skin Center and others within the Novena Health City.
